How to Choose a CMS

A CMS, or content management system, in simple terms is a website that is powered by a database. In other words, it's more than just HTML coding and a style sheet. It's considered 'dynamic' and can be updated via any web browser. (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari ...). Why would you need a CMS?
