What’s Your 2010 Plan
It’s November. Have you been planning for 2010?
Good business people plan for growth. Left to it’s own devices, your business will grow — more than likely it will be in the negative direction.
So get a slip of paper and a pen and write out a plan. Not much of a planner? Start with a one-sentence business web site plan.
A couple examples …
- For a product-oriented business: This quarter my objective is to increase my blog traffic by 50% by targeting Twitter and Facebook users who want innovative software that teaches children to read.
- For a service-oriented business: This year my objective is to contract with 40 churches for graphic design projects of $2,000 or more by targeting local Christian businesses at conferences, volunteering at community events, and on social media.
